How a safe update works
1. Backup
A full backup of the website and database is made before every update.
2. Controlled update
We update one item at a time with verified versions, never everything at once blindly.
3. Check
We verify the website works. If something fails, we restore it to the state before the update.
Backups outside your hosting
A backup stored only on the same hosting as the website will not protect you if the server is hacked or fails. That is why we store backups daily in separate storage within the European Union.

Frequently asked questions
Do you need access to my hosting?
We install a small extension on your website that reports its status. It only runs predefined tasks such as a backup or an update, nothing else.
Does it work on shared hosting?
Yes, the service is designed for regular hosting such as Wedos or Forpsi and does not need a dedicated server.
What if something breaks after an update?
We restore the website from the backup taken right before the update and fix the problem. With Online shop management, you get priority response.
Do you manage websites you did not build?
Yes, as long as they run on Joomla 4 or later. Before taking over, we review the website and fix it first if needed. For bigger jobs we have a separate service: malware removal and website reconstruction.
