The following are protected by copyright in particular:

• Texts — all textual materials, service descriptions, professional articles and marketing copy
• Graphic design — website layout, colour scheme, icons and illustrations created for semakin.cz
• Logo and brand — the "semakin" wordmark, icon and all logo variants
• Photographs and images — showcases of completed projects in the portfolio
• Source code — the website template, scripts and stylesheets
• Digital products — extensions (plugins) for Joomla and VirtueMart

3. Permitted Use

Without the prior written consent of the provider, the following is permitted:

• browsing the website for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• caching pages in the browser cache as part of normal browsing;
• sharing links to pages on the semakin.cz website.

4. Prohibited Use

Without the written consent of the provider, the following is prohibited:

Showcases of completed projects in the portfolio are published with the consent of the respective clients. The graphic design and content of these projects are the property of the clients or the provider, as determined by the contractual terms.
